Grow Together, or grow apart
Are you partners with someone in your business,
personal or family life? Do you know the importance
of learning and growing as a team? I sure do. My wife
and I work hard at it and it's one of the key reasons
that our relationship gets better every year. (It was
not always this way - I was the king of relationship
disasters for years - but that's another story.)
One of the problems couples can have when they
want to study and learn together is paying for two,
and for many people it puts good seminars out of
reach financially.
I'm committed to helping couples and partners grow
together so I do things differently. When you do
my powerful "Science of Getting Rich" program
couples are in for the price of one! You only get
one set of manuals and CDs, but you're both on
the calls and you both get to ask questions, call
me for coaching and the rest.
By the end of the 16 week program your lives have
changed together! You can work together from a
common paradigm to build your business and/or
your family life. You'll have a clear purpose and
vision to work on in harmony.
Can you imagine how beneficial that could be?
We start the third week in August and you can
find out more here:

PS - if you can afford a good venti coffee a day you
can afford SGR, 'cause that's about what it costs.

" Lessons From an 8-year-old"
"We are told that talent creates its own opportunities.
But it sometimes seems that intense desire
creates not only its own opportunities,
but its own talents."
- - Eric Hoffer
What's the single most important thing in creating
a successful life?
Knowing what you want!
The second most important thing? Being willing to
do the work and make it happen.
Here's an example. Three years ago a 5-year-old boy
in Wisconsin was watching TV and saw guitar whiz Joe
Satriani playing. He told his dad, "That's what I want to
do."
Lots of kids do that, right? Heck, I'd like to play guitar
like Joe Satriani, too. But here's the difference. Young
Tallan "T-Man" Latz spent the next 3 years practicing!
And now at the ripe old age of 8 he plays in clubs and
festivals.
He's played the House of Blues in Chicago. He's jammed
with Les Paul and Jackson Browne. He's got 13 guitars
(which is 12 more than I do) and endorsements from
9 companies (which is 9 more than I do.)
One guy commented that he's a 70-year-old dude in
a kid's body. In other words, an "old soul." Probably
true.
Give his family credit. How many of us had a dream as
kids and got talked out of it? But his dad didn't tell him
to wait 'til he got out of college, he supported him. God
bless that man!
Do you want to find your purpose in life? Then do what
"T-Man" did and follow your passion. Doing what you
love will always lead you to your purpose. That's the
compass that God gave us to keep us on track. You'll
not find your purpose in doing stuff you hate.
Be prepared for it to seem completely illogical and
unrealistic. Remember "T-Man." He was too young to
know that it couldn't be done, so he did it. Have that
attitude.
In "Science of Getting Rich" we learn, "..you can
succeed in any business because you can develop
the talent for it. And the desire to do it is proof that
you have within you the power which can do it."
It doesn't mean that it'll come easy, but if you're willing
to do the work, you can have it. Every success has
some sort of "countless hours of practice" as the price.
So if you've got a dream, maybe one that you got talked
out of as a kid, it's still there for you. Get up off your
butt and go for it! And when you get it, send the "T-Man"
a Thank You card.
I gotta go practice now,
Wes
